About Us

The Management Team of prInternet are true pioneers in designing workflow solutions for the Digital Print industry.  In 1991 the team embarked on the design of their first system to manage short-run digital Black and White production of Software Kits and Training Manuals.

Our mission is to make printing ubiquitous through our global print distribution network by providing “Warranted Global Document Delivery” through our system of process standards for communications protocols, product specifications, manufacturing processes, color management, quality standards and business metrics.

Omni Print Platform

Omni Print Platform (OPP) combines Web to Print technology with Information driven automation (IDA) for world class efficiency. This enables real time production management, real time reporting, custom dashboarding, Cross Media Marketing, VDP and e-commerce. OPP enables printers and in Plant’s to target B2B & B2C customers to create, deploy and track on-demand cross media marketing campaigns that will reach your targeted audiences with highly personalized messages. OPP supports multiple online storefronts that can be branded with customer specified look-and-feel. Its user interface is solid, easy to use and incorporates fool-proof security architecture.

Cross Media

From personalizing and ordering direct mail pieces to customized email blasts or sending relevant personalized URLs, OPP puts the power of digital into you and your customers hands.

The system utilizes advanced print composition software and is capable of rendering 3D previews with animation. Our state-of-the-art email distribution engine handles extremely high volumes and always delivers on time. Adobe tools such as InDesign, Photoshop etc. are used for content creation and template design.

Customers can choose any template, personalize the content, marry a list and view an online proof, before ordering for multi-channel delivery. Customer’s brand identity is preserved by the use of approved templates that adhere to the marketing department’s branding guidelines.

OPP provides a full-featured shopping cart with extensive configuration capabilities. It supports multiple payments types including credit card, co-op, invoicing and cost center billing. The online ordering process is extremely intuitive and efficient. Order approvals, tracking, re-order processing and single sign-on are a few of the other supported features.

Information Driven Automation

Information Driven Automation (IDA) provides digital print organizations a system that conforms to a set of process standards for: communications protocol, product specifications, manufacturing processes & techniques, color management, quality standards & metrics to ensure exacting production of complex digitally printed products.

A Software as a Solution (SaaS) based IDA model melds the Web-to-Print order ow solution with an integrated manufacturing work ow and MIS system. This type of turnkey, solution optimizes the manufacturing process through the entire order lifecycle.

Real-Time Information or Business Insights Provide Visibility

The key to any business is having real-time access to data metrics to allow information-based decisions. An OPP dashboard provides that detail in many different formats to afford all levels of the organization access to data speci c to their job responsibilities.

For example, CSRs can have customer-related information on their dashboards at all times while a production supervisor may have manufacturing-related data to assist in decisions related to schedules, priorities or production matters. A few keys to focus on are: Real time Quoting / estimating, pricing and central repository that provides you access to asset management and accounting information. If we look at production printing, the OPP solution provides support for variable fleet environments (those using printing systems from multiple manufacturers) which account for almost all digital print operations. OPP’s variable fleet support allows clients to use business rules to designate their device of choice for particular print jobs.

This flexibility of OPP is accomplished through pre-established criteria within the database architecture, driven by factors that can include customer requirements, cost based decision-making, color-related factors or physical product specifications, to name just a few elements of the OPP logic employed.
